I waited and then it came.

Peering through the peep hole, I saw it was you.

My heart came crashing down.

Lifted my hand, grabbed the door knob, but it fell limp.

Standing there, on the other side, I listened for what you had to say.

The door-deep, thick and protecting, caught all the sound.

Stuck within the still, unable to escape- I never heard a word.

About three thousand years ago, Tank, Ginuwine and Tyrese got together and said " Lets make a super male group called TGT". After announcing their assembly, we never heard anything from them. Then, comes this song and I wonder if my musical life would feel any different if I had never heard this. I resolved that it wouldn't. I don't know why these grown men thought a Trey Song-ish ballad would be a good idea.
